Promoter


The promoter is Campervan and Motorhome Club of Australia Ltd (CMCA), ABN 16 095 568 157, of 49 The Avenue, Wickham, NSW 2293 ("Promoter").

Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to any person who becomes a new financial CMCA member during the Promotional Period, as defined below.

2.2 Existing CMCA members as at the start of the Promotional Period are not eligible to enter.


2.3 Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.


2.4 Entrants must be residents of Australia and at least 18 years of age.

Promotional Period


3.1 The competition opens at 12:00am AEST on 17 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 August 2026 ("Promotional Period").


3.2 Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter


4.1 To enter, a person must become a financial CMCA member during the Promotional Period.


4.2 No purchase other than CMCA membership is required to enter.
4.3 Each new membership joined during the Promotional Period constitutes one entry into the competition. Limit of one entry per member.

Prizes


5.1 There are three (3) prize tiers, with a total of four (4) prizes, available to be won.


5.2 1st prize: One (1) 2027 Mundi Mundi Bash family pass, valued at a minimum of $1,780 inc GST. The pass includes 2 adult tickets, unlimited children and youth tickets, and a 3 day early entry vehicle pass.


5.3 2nd prize: One (1) Muk Mat Caravan Bundle, valued at $220. The bundle includes a large ground mat, two caravan step mats of the winner's choice, and a storage bag.

5.4 3rd prize: Two (2) hard cover copies of Australian Bush Pubs by Craig Lewis and Cathy Savage, valued at $49.99 inc GST each.


5.5 Total prize pool value is a minimum of $2,049.97 inc GST.


5.6 Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


5.7 If a prize (or component of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection


6.1 Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.


6.2 The draw will take place on 3 September 2026 at 49 The Avenue, Wickham, NSW 2293, conducted by the CMCA Marketing Manager.


6.3 The first entry drawn will win the 1st prize. The next entry drawn will win the 2nd prize. The following two (2) entries drawn will each win a 3rd prize.

Notification of Winners


7.1 Winners will be notified by phone or email within 3 business days of the draw, using the contact details provided at the time of joining.


7.2 Winners' names may be published on CMCA's website and social media channels, and in The Wanderer magazine.


7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not claim the prize, within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw for that prize.

General Conditions


8.1 The Promoter's decision is final in relation to all aspects of this competition, and no correspondence will be entered into.


8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entry it believes, in its sole discretion, breaches these terms.


8.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of a prize.


8.4 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's liability for any claim arising from this competition is limited to the value of the relevant prize.

9.1 Personal information collected during this competition will be handled in accordance with CMCA's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.cmca.au/privacy.


9.2 Information collected will be used to administer the competition and, where consented to, for CMCA's marketing purposes.
